new dads get a bye on this sort of thing. when my first was a wee little lass, she kept us up to all hours and only gained solace from walking outside in the early morning hours. Which was my job. I was so dazed one weekend I couldn't remember the name of someone in my building when I saw them and just stared blankly at them. They came in on monday and asked the receptionist if I was having drug problems.

So give yourself a break. You need it.
