Thanks for the memetion. I am getting to be such a link whore. But as usual, I’m ok with that.
As for your Wordpress fun, it’s probably too late, but for next time, here’s their section on backups.

Believe me, I practice backups religiously– especially after Adverb 1.0 died an early death (in large part, though, because of the way my blogging software at the time handled files).
