World Cup? Well, Crap.
Bruce Arena: showed me nothing.
Landon Donovan: showed me nothing.
We need to import a new coach; you can’t compete on the world stage with university-level tactics. And we need to field a team of eleven who knows what it means to leave everything on the field, every single minute of every single game.
Crap.

I just posted too. I feel sick. Like the feeling you get when you:
get fired
pass a state trooper doing 85
almost catch yourself falling backwards in a chair
– all at once.
This guy got the ear of someone in US Soccer, way back and they wanted a nice success story to sell as the face of our new program. Enter Mr. NCAA. Which, please, someone tell me besides Jimmy Johnson and the Cowboys how college winning translates to pro success.
His intentions may have been good, but the welcome is worn out.
A 4 - 5 - 1? ARGGGHH! Speaking of Peanuts and Charlie Brown, at one point late, we were outside the 18 and whiffed on a shot after it was swept out from under the shooter.
Someone forgot to tell Ghana they were ahead, ‘cuz they played like they were behind.
